With the DL of 24 March 2022, nr 24, the obligation of Green Pass to access the campsite is eliminated. This certification remains necessary for some activities within our structure: the gym, entertainment shows and drinks at the bar. This provision is currently in force until 30 April.

Yes, changes to your reservation are totally free of charges by contacting our booking office. The final amount of the reservation might be different depending on the variation of the details (duration, type of accommodation, services, etc.) and be subject to the booking conditions of the period required.
We kindly ask our Guests to cooperate in order to assure a pleasant and relaxing holiday. Here are the actions we recommend you:
2- wear a face mask when you go in indoor spaces or in any situation where you can’t keep the interpersonal distance of 1 m.
3- if you’ve flu symptoms, please isolate yourself inside your mobile home or caravan/tent. call the reception: 0421 961073
4- avoid gatherings, both on the pitch and in the common areas
5- wash your hands frequently
6- sneeze into the crease of the elbow
7- avoid touching your eyes, nose and mouth
8- avoid handshakes, kisses and hugs
9- parents should look after young children to ensure the safe distance is kept whenever possible
The camping staff will check that the regulations are respected

A Green Pass is not required to enter the campsite. However, we do ask our arriving guests to be responsible and not to come to the campsite in case of symptoms such as fever, cough, breathing difficulties. You can contact the booking office to reschedule your stay without losing your deposit. Everyone’s health must come first.
If you have a booking, please check-in online before arrival by accessing the personal area on the website or clicking the link on the booking e-mail.
Those guests who travel in groups with people who do not belong to their families should be responsible and not join in with symptoms such as fever, cough, breathing difficulties.
If you have a booking, please complete the payment online before arrival. This will simplify the procedures at the reception, avoiding unnecessary waiting time and people gatherings. The tourist tax will be paid one day before departure.
For guests who did not book in advance, we kindly ask you to pay the bill the day before the departure, in order to avoid long waits at the time of leaving.
The mask must be worn in indoor areas (e.g. shops, common areas and toilets) and also outdoors, when it is not possible to keep a distance of at least one metre between people (except for members of the same family/group of travellers). This is until further notice from the competent authorities.
Visitors are allowed between 8.00-22.00, for each pitch / mobile home in a limited and predefined number, avoiding gatherings and respecting the interpersonal distance of 1m and the use of the mask.
A swimming cap and, for very young children, the containment diaper is required. Both are available at the Camping supermarket.
You can place your beach towel on the green area, keeping 1,5 mt interpersonal distancing from people not belonging to the same family or travel group.
Sunbeds for rent need to be pre-booked and we sanitise them daily.
Activities will be scheduled according to the current regulations. Activities that allow for adequate distancing, such as kids’ club workshops, fitness and individual sports, are possible. We recommend that you listen to the instructions of the activity leaders regarding interpersonal distancing and the use of masks.
Our animation staff has studied activities that can be carried out safely, and we ask parents to participate with their younger children in order to ensure that social distancing is always maintained.
Until 30 April, a basic Green Certification (issued by vaccination, swab or following recovery) is required to take part in the shows organized by the entertainers. FFP2 masks must also be worn.
Jesolo has been awarded with the Blue Flag, a recognition that is given to beaches with clean water and maximum safety.
Parasols are positioned so as to guarantee 10 square meters for each umbrella. We advise you to reserve your sunbeds and parasol by calling the beach establishments directly:

You can book your place on the free beach day by day, by downloading and registering on the city app J.beach . The free beache sectors which are closer to the campsite are sectors Green Beach and Mare Blu Adriatica. Personal equipment (sunbeds, beach towels, deck chairs, etc.) must be placed at least one meter away from the neighbours.
The face mask should be worn when going to the kiosk or toilet, as well as in situations where the interpersonal distance is less than 1 meter.
Individual sports that usually take place on the beach (e.g. rackets) or in the water (e.g. swimming, surfing, windsurfing, kitesurfing) can be practiced in compliance with interpersonal distancing measures. Team sports are also allowed.
The Enhanced Green Certification (issued with vaccination or following recovery) is required. It can be booked at the reception desk, in order to guarantee a quotaed and reserved access to the individual guest or group of travellers:

It is mandatory to wear a facemask when entering the supermarket. Here you can find products for personal hygiene and safety, like hand gels.
The restaurant menus are plasticized, so it’s easy for us to sanitise them after each use. You can also consult the menu on your smartphone by connecting to the net “MENU”.
We invite guests to take a seat on the terrace, there is no extra charge for table service.
All menu items are also available for take away, including pizzas and ice creams.
There are hand sanitizing gel dispensers at all access points and at the restrooms.
Our staff follows specific procedures for cleaning and sanitizing mobile homes and caravans after each checkout, with certified cleaning products.
The linen is treated by a special company that carries out laundry operations with certified products.
Natural air exchange of the accommodations and the regular cleaning of air conditioning systems is also guaranteed according to standard procedures.
All toilets are cleaned and disinfected with specific products 3 times a day in all their parts. Their structure ensures the natural circulation of air. Dispensers are equipped with a disinfectant soap.
